Another installment of the Friday Night Polo Party. This one is in conjunction with a new bike group on campus, Louisville SCC (Louisville Student Cycling Coalition), you can find out more about them here. You don’t have to play polo to join in the fun, but there will be beginner games if you’re so inclined. Spare mallets will be on hand as well as a couple bikes if you’re worried about having mallets and street hockey balls flung at your bike from all directions (I have been known to taco a few opponents wheels). Two rides will take place in moving people to LHBP’s (Louisville Hardcourt Bike Polo) indoor arena - 416 W Chestnut Street between 4th and 5th Streets. Don’t get all wooed, we really just take over the basement level of a parking garage and it’s really quite comfortable down there.
The Louisville SCC ride leaves from the U of L campus at the north information center by the school of music. I have no idea what that means…
The Fuck Gas crew meet up at On Your Left Cycles (618 Baxter Avenue) around 7pm and leave sometime after… you know how we do!
Remember, you don’t have to play polo to attend, just take part in the plethora of the enjoyments that will be this Friday night. You don’t even have to ride for fuck’s sake. Feel free to drive your sorry ass down there and watch the games, have the drinks and polo the night away with us.

As always, we’re just looking for a good time. Even if you’ve never played bike polo before, this would be a hell of a time to start. Good times and good people - we don’t really know what the hell we’re doing either.
Feel free to just join in for the ride if you like, tag along to polo and act as a spectator or jump in on a game. It’s all for fun and the love of bikes. All bikes and all riders are encouraged to attend.
